Chef Sam has worked forFood for Thought for thepast 7 years. He hails fromSri Lanka, bringing a wealthof International cuisineknowledge with him. Samheads the award winningTeam of Chefs at Food forThought and always strivesto treat every event as if itwere family.

Express Lunch
Food for Thought is now offeringexpress lunches for busy professionals,or for those who just need somethingnutritious on the go. Each dayfeatures different cuisine from aroundthe world, from Mediterraneaninspired fare on Mondays to Indianon Thursdays and English style cuisineon Fridays. There are also a range ofhealthy options, as well as snacks,chocolates and juices too. Dishesare influenced by the availability ofseasonal and fresh produce and areavailable for pick up only.
